Our croissant are hand made. Yes, one by one, with 100% butter.
We go to extraordinary lengths to source and use superb ingredients, be it top quality sultanas from Australia, non-treated oranges and lemons from Sicily, we use real vanilla pods (as against extracts).. a lot of extra work, but we think you will agree that it is all very worthwhile.
Take a dessert tray home for your dinner parties, drop in for those croissants when you buy the Sunday newspaper, or nibble away with a great cappuccino or tea. House specialties: fruit tartlets, ricotta cookies or marzipan. Our brownies are also worthed a trip.
