FLOUR + SALT + YEAST + WATER
But we’ve sieved through the world of these ingredients, seeking these 4 vital and natural ingredients in their purest form. And equally important, we are careful to employ the correct quantities of all ingredients, avoiding those health issues relating to, for example, the overuse of yeast in many breads.

Our recipes are those of the millenary Italian tradition of bread making, where in 25BC there were already 329 artisan bakeries in Rome only. But Europe has an incredible tradition in baking and pastry making. Austria, France, Germany have given outstanding contribution of creativity and quality, from which we tap lavishly.
