Bread should be stored at room temperature, protected form the sun as well as from dampness. Ideally, wrapped in a bag
made of paper, fabric or micro-perforated plastic.
Our breads are good for three days. As our bread ages naturally, you will be surprised to cut the external slice
after a couple of days and still find a soft heart!
Freezing is fine, stock up if you want to, just seal it in a plastic bag.
